Our Story
Our founders met in Business School and amid the metaphorical ride into history, we decided to organize a firm to share some of the things we learn along the way.
We thrive on rigorous problem solving, careful planning, and clear communication. We sharpened those skills over the last decade in Big Consulting, Big Tech, fast-growth startups, and non-profit organizations.
Why Marco Polo?
Marco Polo famously found a way to connect people, ideas, and cultures that weren’t yet connected. His efforts created an entire industry. We love all that. And we’ve actually spent time on the very Silk Road to which he gave rise.
But for us, it’s a little simpler: we started as a family business, and Marco and Polo are the cat and dog (respectively).
